The Citroen GT: Off the Game Screen to the Streets

This video of the Citroën GT is getting a lot of views lately on Youtube.

Set to become one of the most expensive production cars sold today, this vehicle is a true scene stealer with its stylish exterior and drool worthy interior.  Originally designed for the game Gran Turismo, the car is set to be launched at the Frankfurt Motor Show this coming September at a whopping $1.8 Million U.S. dollars.

The car truly looks stunning and looks exactly like the 3D counterpart in the game.  It is expected to keep the carbon-fiber construction and interior copper trims that make it a true beauty.  Halfway through this video, however, I can’t help but wonder if this car is actually something that can survive use. While watching it actually go through the streets of London, I cannot help but think that the car (at least the prototype) is not as good as it appears in the game.  I am thinking that it could be because the car was cruising at a slower speed for better shooting.

With only 6 planned for manufacturing, this is going to be on the list of wealthy car enthusiasts who are also gamers by heart.

Looks just like the videogame. However it looks hard to manage.
