Product Availability

Auto Parts Place seeks to keep all information regarding product availability as accurate and as up-to-date as possible.

However, there will be rare cases when availability information is erroneous. This may be caused by delayed manufacturer delivery or unexpectedly high demand for certain items. In these cases, we will inform you as soon as possible about the situation. We will notify you through email and issue a refund immediately.

The refund process starts as soon as the problem is determined. Please note that it might take 5-7 days for the amount to get credited back to your account.

Shipping Policies

Ground Shipping

Once your order has been confirmed, it will be shipped within 24-48 hours. Delivery time will depend on the size of the package and the delivery address. For small and medium-sized packages, they are delivered within 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from shipment date. Meanwhile, large orders containing bumpers, doors, or hoods take 2-9 business days to be delivered. These large packages need special handling and are usually shipped via Truck Freight (see Truck Freight information below). For deliveries in Alaska, Hawaii, and other areas outside the continental United States, a shipping fee is charged and delivery time may take longer.

Overnight and 2-Day Shipping

Overnight and 2-day shipping apply to small and medium-sized packages with additional charges. To qualify for Overnight and 2-day shipping, orders need to be received before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (2:00 PM Pacific Time) Mondays to Fridays. No deliveries during Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. For orders placed on a weekend or a holiday, shipping will resume on the next available business day. Take note that airfreight carriers may extend delivery time by up to 24 hours. We are no longer liable for such delay and airfreight charges will not be refunded.

Performance Order Shipping

Once orders are confirmed, performance parts are shipped within 24-48 hours via Ground service. Delivery time depends on the size of the package and the delivery address. Two (2) to seven (7) business days from shipment date (excluding weekends and holidays) are allotted for small and medium-sized packages. Truck Freight (see Truck Freight information below), large packages that may contain brush guards or running boards take about 2-9 business days to be delivered. For deliveries in Alaska, Hawaii, and other areas outside the continental United States, a shipping fee is charged and delivery time may take longer. Performance part orders do not qualify for Overnight and 2-Day shipping.

Truck Freight

Large part orders that require special handling are delivered via Truck freight. Shipment takes about 24-48 hours from confirmation of your order. Delivery takes an average of 2-9 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for orders within the continental United States. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii via Truck freight may extend up to 14 days and may require additional charges.

Sales Tax

Your sales tax is composed of State rates and district rates. The percentage of your sales tax ranges from 5 to 9.75 percent, depending on your State and district rates.

International Orders

We ship outside the United States, but we do NOT ship to APOs, FPOs, and P.O. Boxes.

• All transactions between you and AutoPartsPlace.com shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California without regard to conflicting laws, if any. If the provisions mentioned on this agreement should be deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that provision will be severable and will not be affect the remaining provisions.
• The policies stipulated in this agreement constitute the entire agreement between the parties involved. The agreement cannot be modified without the written consent of the parties involved.

Jurisdiction

• Unless otherwise specified, this website is presented solely for the purpose of promoting products available in the United States, its territories, possessions, and protectorates. This site is controlled and operated by AutoPartsPlace.com from its offices within the state of California, United States of America. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative, and are responsible for compliance with other applicable laws, including local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
• Any litigation regarding this agreement or any other transaction between the site and its customers will be tried under the state or the federal courts of Los Angeles County, California. By using the site, you agree to submit your transaction to aforementioned jurisdiction.
