At 300,000,000 users, Facebook Is Now Profitable
Early this week, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, just announced that Facebook has just crossed the 300 million mark with its subscribers. With this announcement, the number 1 social networking site, also turned its first profit since its inception.
With Facebook making close to 800,000 users per day, it has definitely become one of the most effective online advertising media around. The California based start-up allows advertisers to also target their advertisements to the right demographic which makes them more effective in driving sales.
An increase in the number of subsribers is inevitable at the moment for the networking giant. At the moment people are seeing no signs that it will sell out at any time in the future.
